Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with hurajp. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or operating Accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hurajp's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim. hurajp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Bonuses and promotional credits are forfeited upon Account closure.
